This Code of Conduct applies to AKopiCafe customers, event guests, staff, and service-related communications.
Our Service Commitment
AKopiCafe aims to provide a warm, organized, and professional event experience. We value respectful communication, safe event spaces, honest booking details, and proper treatment of staff, customers, guests, and equipment.
1. Respectful Communication
Customers, guests, and AKopiCafe staff are expected to communicate in a respectful and professional manner before, during, and after the event.
- Use polite and clear communication when discussing booking details.
- Avoid rude, threatening, insulting, or discriminatory language.
- Contact AKopiCafe through official communication channels only.
- Give enough time for staff to review and respond to booking concerns.
2. Honest Booking Information
Customers must provide accurate information when submitting reservations, requesting quotes, or coordinating event details.
- Use your correct name, email address, and mobile number.
- Provide the correct event date, time, and location.
- Choose the correct package and cup quantity before confirming.
- Inform AKopiCafe as early as possible about changes or corrections.
3. Safe Event Setup Area
A safe and suitable space must be provided for the AKopiCafe coffee cart setup. The area should allow staff to prepare and serve drinks properly.
- The setup area should be clean, stable, and accessible.
- The area should not block emergency paths, entrances, or walkways.
- Customers should inform AKopiCafe about stairs, limited parking, or difficult access.
- Venue rules and restrictions should be communicated before the event.
4. Staff Treatment
AKopiCafe staff are expected to serve professionally, and customers and guests are expected to treat staff with respect.
- Do not harass, threaten, insult, or pressure staff.
- Allow staff to prepare and serve drinks safely.
- Respect staff instructions regarding the cart setup and service flow.
- Report concerns calmly to AKopiCafe instead of confronting staff aggressively.
5. Guest Conduct During Events
Customers are encouraged to help maintain proper guest behavior around the coffee cart area during the event.
- Guests should line up properly when ordering drinks.
- Guests should avoid touching equipment without permission.
- Children should be supervised near the coffee cart area.
- Guests should avoid actions that may disrupt service or cause safety concerns.
6. Equipment Care
AKopiCafe equipment, supplies, decorations, and cart materials must be handled carefully and respectfully.
- Do not move, adjust, or tamper with coffee cart equipment.
- Do not place personal items on the service area without permission.
- Report spills, damage, or safety issues to staff immediately.
- Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or unsafe behavior.
7. Payment and Reservation Respect
Customers are expected to follow AKopiCafe’s reservation and payment guidelines. A booking should be handled seriously once approved and confirmed.
- Follow the required 50% downpayment policy after approval.
- Use official AKopiCafe payment channels only.
- Send proof of payment when requested.
- Do not submit false payment information or fake booking details.
8. Event Changes and Delays
Schedule changes, location changes, or package adjustments must be communicated as early as possible.
- Inform AKopiCafe immediately about event time or location changes.
- Understand that changes are subject to availability.
- Provide updated contact details if the event coordinator changes.
- Respect the agreed service schedule to avoid delays.
9. Photos and Event Content
AKopiCafe may take or request event photos for service records, portfolio, or promotional purposes. Customers may inform AKopiCafe if they prefer not to have event photos posted publicly.
Customer privacy and event preferences will be respected whenever communicated clearly.
10. Refusal or Suspension of Service
AKopiCafe reserves the right to refuse, pause, or stop service if the event environment becomes unsafe, abusive, or unsuitable for staff and equipment.
- Unsafe venue conditions
- Harassment or threatening behavior toward staff
- Damage or misuse of AKopiCafe equipment
- Repeated refusal to follow reasonable service guidelines
- False booking or payment information
11. Shared Responsibility
A successful coffee cart experience requires cooperation between AKopiCafe, the customer, the venue, and event guests.
By booking AKopiCafe, customers agree to help maintain a respectful, safe, and organized event environment.
